Description/Comment: Essential Job Functions: •Responsible for assisting account executive fulfill clients, advertising agencies requests. Assist with activities between the sales staff, other departments, and our client base, by performing the following duties: •Assist account executives in all aspects of all of TWC’s products sales process. Proofread contracts and insertion orders •Assist Account Executive in handling and entering orders, revisions and makegoods into the computer system as needed and insuring orders, revision and makegoods are correct in the trafficking system. •Handle entering tape/traffic instructions (and copy changes) as needed , making sure to meet internal deadlines and ensuring tape/traffic instructions are correct in trafficking system. •Assists accounting department in the verification and billing process of all spots sales •Support Account Executives with coordination of existing product execution (ie. Weather channel crawls, billing inserts, etc.) •Create, run and maintain routine reports for day to day operations. Create and maintain reports needed for special projects. •Support Account Executives with new product roll outs/initiatives •Perform as back-up for Account Executives with clients and others when they are out of office and unavailable. •Assist management with tracking of Regional Sales Initiatives. •Perform clerical functions for Account Executives. •Other duties as assigned.   NC Morrisville 101 Innovation Dr 27560
